It is through the Great Pyramid of Khufu that one can look and listen to the mysteries of the Sphinx, with a story so interesting.

That is not an opportunity to miss taking part in something that goes back such a long way in history, facing up to some real history.

The Djoser-Serapum Complex has its enigma! Go back by drawing impressive architectural lines on the map of Saqqara, Egypt — necropolis otherwise home to underground maze whose dedication belongs to sacred Apis bulls.

To know pharaohs' secrets and feel the essence of ancient Egyptian history, end your story by being in Memphis which houses itself as an open-air museum with gigantic Ramses II statue and Sphinx being the second most important one dedicated to Hatshepsut.

Saqqara (Sakkara)

Saqqara remains one of the grandest open-air museums at a place of great archaeological value with monuments from all periods of the Old Kingdom, Middle Kingdom, and New Kingdom. Among its ostensible structures is the Step Pyramid of King Zoser- in history, this was recorded as the first pyramid ever built in ancient Egypt. The tour will begin with an introduction to the site where so many monumental artifacts stand and then move on to Unas' Pyramid where the discovery of what is estimated to be some of the earliest pyramid texts was made and they are most beautifully inscribed with eloquent hieroglyphics. Among other things, we shall see Teti's Pyramid which contains many inscriptions that were meant to assist a king on his journey into the afterlife. The tomb belongs to Kajimani; it would more than suffice since its walls depict so colorfully daily life scenes from Ancient Egypt. Upon completion of our visit at Saqqara we shall drive for another ten minutes to Memphis.

The Sphinx of Memphis

Memphis, recognized as the first capital of Egypt prior to 3200 BC, served as a pivotal location during a time when Egypt was divided into Upper and Lower regions. In 3200 BC, King Menes successfully unified Egypt and established the initial capital for the ancient Egyptian administrative system. Today, Memphis functions as an open-air museum, home to the magnificent statue of King Ramses II and the second largest Sphinx. Our guide will present to you the key highlights of this remarkable site, and at the conclusion of the tour, will escort you back to your hotel.
