We’ll see the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Mikrinos give an unequaled look at Egypt. In our trip, we will dive into stories about the wealth and old things from over 7,000 years of history which are kept by some of the best service in all of Egypt. Our goal here is your joy found during this journey. Begin in Cairo. The Great Pyramid of Khufu will be viewed; this is the only wonder standing today out of the original Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. More than 7,000 years old it is a testament to its age. View the Pyramid of Khafre stop for photos then proceed to the smaller Pyramid of Mikrinos. Go up to panoramic viewpoint the highest point in the pyramid area for beautiful pictures. A free camel ride for one hour will be offered before heading toward the Sphinx. The Sphinx belongs to Khafre's time and has a lion's body but with a king's head. The actual guard of the Pyramid of Khufu will be seen right after visiting the valley temple, where mummification used to take place.

Pyramid of Khafre

The Pyramid of Khafre is among the pyramids of Giza in Egypt built during the reign of King Khafre who was the fourth king belonging to the Fourth Dynasty and at the same time a son to King Khufu. He married Princess Ankh Arsif. His reign lasted for twenty-six years. This second pyramid of Giza is lower in height than that of his father, but originally it was 143 meters high though now it measures 136 meters high. The building sits on an area of 215 square meters with two entrances to its side.

Abou Al Hool Al Seiahi

The Sphinx is a huge statue of that mythical creature with the body of a lion and the head of a human. It is made from limestone and was probably at first covered with a layer of plaster and paint (traces of the original colors can still be seen near one ear). The Great Sphinx sits on the Giza Plateau, which lies to the west bank of The Nile River at Giza, Egypt; guardian to this plateau as it is considered sculpture's oldest known monumental work. Length measurements assign it 73.5 meters long (15 meters included in this measurement are due just by its front feet) while width measures 19.3 meters wide and height from ground level up to head top about 20 meters high. It is a popular opinion that the great monument was built by the old Egyptians at the time when King Khafre was ruling. He governed between 2558 BC and 2532 BC. At that same time, he ordered for the building of the middle pyramid in Giza.
